You can book an appointment with Ian The Chiro by visiting our website and clicking on the "Make a booking", followed by the "Book Now" button. You can also WhatsApp or call our clinic (010-2793422) directly to schedule an appointment.
 

We highly recommend booking an appointment with Ian The Chiro to get the best care without having to wait too long. We usually work by appointment only to avoid long waiting times and fit in with your schedule. While we can take walk-ins, please note that there may be a longer wait time and no guarantee of availability.

We will help you schedule a follow-up appointment according to our chiropractors’ recommendation before you leave. You can also call or use WhatsApp to book a follow-up appointment every few weeks for continued care and progress monitoring.
 

A typical first appointment lasts around 45 minutes to an hour, depending on your condition and the required treatments. Subsequent appointments are usually shorter, lasting about 30 minutes.
 

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice so that we can offer your appointment slot to someone else. You can call our clinic directly or send us a message on WhatsApp (010-2793422) to reschedule or cancel.

Pricing & Payment FAQs

At our clinic, we provide transparent and honest pricing for our services. A consultation costs RM150, and a chiropractic adjustment session costs RM120. 


Currently, we have a promotional offer for a combo of both consultation and treatment at RM240.


We offer discounted packages for multiple sessions, but we recommend deciding on a package AFTER your first consultation. This ensures that you receive the best treatment for your specific needs.

For the first visit, it costs RM340 per person, and for follow-up visits, it costs RM190 per person. Please note that RM70 of the total cost for each visit covers transportation fees. 


We also offer a family promo package where transportation fees are waived for three or more individuals at the same location or venue e.g., the first visit costs RM340, but after deducting the RM70 transportation fee, the cost per person is RM270.

Yes, we accept a variety of e-wallets, including Boost, Touch 'n Go, Scan & Pay (formerly Maybank QR Pay), GrabPay, WeChat Pay, and ShopeePay. 

Yes, we accept credit card (Visa & Mastercard) payments from all banks.

Yes, we accept debit card payments.

Yes, our clinic is equipped with a lift and is accessible for people with disabilities. If you have any specific accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so that we can make any necessary arrangements.

There is outdoor roadside parking available nearby our clinic, and payment for roadside parking can be made on mobile apps e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet. However, it's important to note that parking can be limited during peak hours and on weekdays, finding a spot can be difficult.

House calls are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings (6pm-8pm). If you need an appointment outside of these hours, please check with us for availability.
